Position: Rehab Aide
Location: Florissant, MO (FLOAT – must be willing to float across 10 Day Institutes)
Type of Employment: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday‑Friday 8:00 A‑4:30 P
Compensation: $18/hour (increases based on experience)
Are you passionate about helping patients on their rehabilitation journey? Do you enjoy working in an outpatient physical therapy setting? Come join our team as a rehab aide! In this role, you will assist our therapists in carrying out our rehabilitation procedures and play an integral role in supporting our center operations.

Company‑matching 401(k) retirement plans as well as life and disability protection - Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures, organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services and support other center‑specific functions
- Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions, reactions or responses to treatment
- Play a significant role in specific area of center operations (scheduling ancillary services and following up, overseeing a specific program, serving as OSHA coordinator, etc.)
- Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment
- High school diploma or GED
- Current state driver's license in good standing required
- Acquisition of a Class E license allowing for the operation of a bus is required within three months of employment
- CPR certification
- First aid certification
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy center
