The Clinical Population Health Care Management Branch is seeking a dynamic Medical Consultant passionate about implementing new policy and driving meaningful change. The role plays a key part in implementing and monitoring population health program requirements for Medi-Cal managed care plans, focusing on improving care delivery and outcomes.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor population health program requirements for Medi-Cal managed care plans.
- Drive policy implementation and change initiatives in a start‑up‑like environment.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to inform strategic decision‑making.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve care delivery and patient outcomes.
- Strong background in care management and population health, with innovative and practical experience.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced setting.
- Valid California Medical License.
- Effective communication and collaborative teamwork skills.
