Base pay range
: $18.00/hr - $20.00/hr
Personal Caregiver role at Senior Helpers. Care‑giving is a crucial position that involves providing compassionate and supportive care to individuals in their homes. As a Personal Care Aide.
Responsibilities:- Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Keep track of medications and appointments
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, medication reminders, and meal preparation
- Engage in meaningful conversations and provide companionship to enhance overall well‑being
- Administer medication reminders, monitor and report changes in health or behavior
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as tidying up common areas and doing laundry
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience in care‑giving preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and genuine desire to help others
- Prior experience in care‑giving or a related field is preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients and their families
- Strong interpersonal skills and compassionate nature
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Competitive compensation: $18.00/hr - $20.00/hr
