- Base Pay Range:
Surg Tech Certified: $25.32 - $39.99 per hour, based on experience - Special Pay:
Additional $2.50 per hour until November 28, 2025 - Shift Differentials:
Additional $2.50 for nights - Retention Rewards:
Up to $15,000 - Relocation Support:
Additional $5,000 if moving from over 50 miles away - Retention Reward (Option
1): $2,000 per year for up to 5 years, totaling $10,000 - Student Loan Repayment (Option
2): $2,000 per year toward student loans, up to 5 years, totaling $10,000 - Note:

Job Description
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification by National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA), or Certified Operating Room Surgical Technician (CORST) certification by National Health career Association (NHA), or Technician in Surgery - Certified (TS-C) certification by National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT).
Preferred QualificationsAdditional license/certification requirements as determined by the hiring department.
