About the RoleOur Telemetry Unit at Willis Knighton Pierremont consists of 30 beds on the 4th floor. We care for patients requiring telemetry monitoring, primarily those with cardiac diagnoses, including post-procedure cardiac patients with pacemakers and stents. You will provide direct patient care involving monitoring, assessment, and treatment of cardiac and other medical conditions. This role offers diverse clinical experiences, opportunities to build confidence, and teamwork with peers.
Patient ratios range from 5-6 patients per nurse, depending on your shift. Your orientation includes 12 weeks with a trained preceptor/mentor. Join us and never stop learning!
