Job Description and DutiesUnder the direction of the Employment Program Manager II, the incumbent plans, organizes, directs, and evaluates the Workforce Services Program activities and special programs in the local Workforce Services America's Job Center of California. The role monitors productivity, provides timely feedback to staff, management and partners, and coordinates with the management team in planning and setting goals, as well as collaborating with partners and other community organizations.
The position is located in Marysville but requires travel to multiple locations within the Northern Division. Travel expenses to and from the assigned headquarters are the responsibility of the employee.
Employees will be required to report to the headquarters office on assigned in‑office days. Telework schedules are at the discretion of the Department and may change as business needs arise.
