Overview
The Family Support Division is seeking applications for a Benefit Program Technician. These positions will be located in the Cedar County/Stockton SWL Resource Center based at 112 RB Road, Stockton, MO.
CompensationBenefit Program Technician ($38,887.92, $1,620.33 semi‑monthly*). You will help Missouri citizens to receive food, medical, financial and nutritional assistance so they can live safe, healthy and productive lives.
ResponsibilitiesEvery day you will determine initial and continuing eligibility of Missouri citizens for these services, interview clients in person and by telephone, prepare summaries and much more.
QualificationsA Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
(Qualifying experience as described below may substitute year‑for‑year for deficiencies in the required education.)
- Four or more years of experience in areas requiring extensive customer interaction which includes working with, or management of, business or employee financial records, sales, marketing, management, direct consumer or public contact, and/or customer service functions; and possession of a high school diploma or GED certificate.
Lack of post‑secondary education will not be used as the sole basis denying consideration to any applicant.
