Warfighting Function Simulation Support Specialist

WfF SMEs provide subject matter expertise and instruction in one or more of the six Army war fighting functions during simulation-based and classroom training. They assist in TOC support, event role playing, OPORD interpretation, and event execution.

• Instruct and coach students in the WfFs:
  Mission Command, Intelligence, Fires, Sustainment, Protection, and Maneuver.
• Serve as role players and White Cell participants during exercises.
• Analyze and interpret OPORDs and mission briefs to support student understanding.
• Provide RFI responses and briefings to reinforce doctrinal application.
• Assist in developing and tailoring scenarios to match unit objectives.

• 3+ years experience in one or more Army war fighting functions.
• Prior battalion-level operational experience or equivalent.
• Familiarity with FM 6.0, ADP 3-0, and DATE environment.
• Strong briefing and doctrinal interpretation skills.
• Position contingent on contract win.
