Job Description and Duties
Salary: $6,031.00 - $7,547.00 per Month. New to state candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification or minimum of alternate range when applicable.

Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager I (SSMI), Office of Business Management Services (OBMS), the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) is responsible for overall high-level administrative tasks and services. The AGPA will track and monitor the operating expense (OE) and Personnel Service (PS$) budget, process all equipment and service contracts, and manage the property control within the Division.
The incumbent will represent the Divisions of Traffic Operations and Transportation Safety as the Employee Recognition Committee and Equipment Coordinator.
Position located at 100 S Main Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012, Los Angeles County. The employee will work in a climate‑controlled area under artificial light, in a high‑rise building in the Downtown Los Angeles area.
Must be able to work with staff in a team environment, handle sensitive situations with the public and/or employees in a calm manner, and maintain focus and optimism under pressure. Must develop and maintain cooperative working relationships and be tactful and respectful.
May be eligible for telework. Telework amount at discretion of Department, see Caltrans telework policy. Business travel may be required. Commute expenses to the headquarters location are the responsibility of the candidate.
