Note:
Effective July 1, 2025, a 3 % salary reduction is in place under the Personal Leave Program (PLP), with 5 hours of Personal Leave Credit earned monthly in exchange. This program is subject to change based on union agreements and state budget policy.
Location:
Sacramento. The position may be eligible for hybrid telework and may be eligible for full‑time remote work in some circumstances and/or time‑periods, at the sole discretion of the Department. Telework‑eligible applicants must reside in California. Headquarters location will be designated based on the selected candidate's primary residence location.
Under close supervision of the Supervisor I of the Contracts Office, the Analyst I analyzes and coordinates the development of contracts for the department. The Analyst I aids with oversight, evaluation and technical support and processes a range of different types of contracts including, inter‑agency, Local Assistance, and service. The Analyst I is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all contract content for execution.
The Analyst I will act as the liaison between the Contracts Office and agency departments and external stakeholders in the contracting process.
