Job Title: PROGRAM FINANCIAL ANALYST
Oversee complex programs that drive impactful mission outcomes for our customers as a Program Financial Analyst. Here, you’ll see the bigger picture on mission initiatives and where your program management career can go at GDIT.
- Develop and maintain program budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Monitor program financial performance, including cost tracking, revenue recognition, and variance analysis.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to program performance.
- Ensure financial compliance with company policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
- Support program reviews, audits, and financial documentation requests.
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices for financial management.
- Perform a variety of administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.
- Develop plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitor tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program.
- Participate in establishing and defining program requirements.
- Monitor and report performance against plans to ensure contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
- Interact regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.
- May perform business development activities.

- Education: Bachelor of Arts / Bachelor of Science
- Experience: 2+ years in financial analysis, program finance, project finance, or related roles.
- Technical skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel), strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, time management and task prioritization.
- US citizenship required
- Role requirements: Weekly deliverables, strong financial modeling and analytical skills, experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

The likely salary range for this position is $64,230 - $75,900. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
