Are you a pension specialist who wants to apply your expertise in a new way? Do you have 8 to 20 hours per week available alongside your current role or consulting work? We are looking for experienced pension professionals based in the EU or UK to help improve advanced AI systems.
What You’ll Be DoingWe are 10x.team, a platform for fractional and freelance professionals. We partner with leading AI labs to improve large AI systems.
Your Role Is Practical And High Impact. You Will- Review and refine AI generated responses related to pension schemes, retirement planning and regulatory frameworks
- Evaluate outputs for technical accuracy, actuarial logic and regulatory alignment
- Draft realistic pension scenarios such as defined benefit and defined contribution scheme design, funding deficits, cross border pension transfers, actuarial assumptions or trustee governance issues
- Create variations of the same scenario from different perspectives such as pension trustee, employer sponsor, actuary, regulator or beneficiary
- Identify weaknesses in funding logic, longevity assumptions, regulatory interpretation or risk management approaches
You will assess and improve AI generated content to ensure it reflects real world pension practice, actuarial reasoning and regulatory standards.
This is not pension administration work. Instead of managing one scheme, you will help improve how AI systems understand and reason about pension structures and retirement frameworks at scale.
Your input directly improves how AI performs on pension, retirement and long term funding topics.
You Are Who this is for- A pension professional such as pension consultant, actuary, trustee advisor, scheme manager or retirement specialist
- Based in the EU or UK
- With several years of experience in pension scheme design, funding, actuarial analysis, governance or pension regulation
- Experienced with defined benefit and defined contribution schemes and European regulatory frameworks
- Comfortable identifying flawed funding assumptions, weak actuarial logic or unrealistic benefit projections
- Available 8 to 20 hours per week
- Able to start in the coming weeks
This role is fully remote and flexible.
