• Operate as a tax generalist across individual, corporate, partnership, estate, and trust areas
• Review complex tax returns and provide high-level technical expertise
• Advise clients on evolving tax law, planning strategies, and risk mitigation
• Mentor, develop, and guide tax staff to ensure exceptional client service
• Drive business development initiatives and expand the firm’s market presence
• Build long‑term, trusted relationships with clients across multiple industries

• 12+ years of public accounting experience (Big 4, national, or large regional firm preferred)
• Demonstrated track record in client growth and business development
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
