Loan Coordinator
Are you detail-driven, customer-focused, and motivated by meaningful work? We’re looking for a Loan Coordinator to support multiple lenders and guide customers confidently through the loan process—from application to closing and beyond. This role supports Commercial, Consumer, Agricultural, Residential Real Estate, and Commercial Real Estate loans
, with responsibilities aligned to our core values and a strong commitment to quality and service.
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate, complete loan files before and after closing
- Coordinate with lenders, loan operations, title companies, and appraisers to ensure smooth, compliant loan processing
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal partners throughout the loan lifecycle
- Manage multiple loan requests, priorities, and timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Adjust quickly to changing documentation needs, compliance requirements, and closing deadlines
- Monitor loan pipelines, maturities, and exception reports to ensure timely renewals and closings
- Follow through on documentation, collateral, releases, and post-closing items until fully resolved
- Proactively gather required documentation and address issues before they delay a loan
- Identify gaps or missing information and collaborate with lenders to keep loans moving forward
- Work directly with customers to complete applications, answer questions, and provide exceptional experience
- Act as a reliable point of contact who supports both customer needs and lender goals
- Communicate openly with lenders and customers when issues arise, even in complex or sensitive situations
- Navigate challenging loan scenarios with confidence, professionalism, and sound judgment
- Stay organized, focused, and positive while balancing multiple deadlines and responsibilities
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail during high-volume or time-sensitive periods
What You Bring
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to change
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree and/or relevant experience preferred
