Sr. Director of FP&A

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $, to $, per year.

• Own the company-wide financial planning process, including annual budgeting, long-range planning, and monthly forecasts.
• Maintain detailed financial reporting to support operational performance at the restaurant level.
• Lead sales forecasting and labor modeling, incorporating trends, seasonality, and historical performance.
• Monitor and analyze performance versus plan, providing variance analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Oversee development of consolidated P&L views, KPI reporting, and financial presentations for leadership and the Board.

• Partner with operations, marketing, supply chain, and HR to align financial plans with business strategy.
• Track and interpret industry and consumer trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Manage and mentor a team of analysts, establishing scalable FP&A processes.
• Deliver clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, including prior management roles.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for modeling and presentations.
• Show experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality industries is preferred.
• Exhibit strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and curiosity to challenge assumptions.
