Investment Banking

Nomura's Investment Banking department is a leading global player offering a comprehensive range of advisory and capital-raising services to clients. Responsibilities
  • Drive and assist in the origination and execution of investment banking deals;
  • Organize and prepare marketing materials, industry update and analysis and other presentations;
  • Assist in transaction execution including due diligence, transaction documentation, process management, etc.;
  • Lead on valuation analysis including development of financial models, financial statement analysis and comparable company analysis;
  • Support client relationship management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of Investment Banking and / or Private Equity experience
  • Minimum 3years of M&A deal transactional experience in international market such as US or Europe is preferred as the role involves handling a significant number of cross-border US or European

    M&A transactions.
  • Minimum 2 year of experience in Digital Infrastructure sector
  • Self-starter who is able to drive projects and work streams;
  • Advanced financial modelling and financial analytical skills;
  • Effective communication skills, both spoken and written, to engage clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Good presentation skill and PowerPoint skills
  • The ability to excel under pressure amid demanding deadlines;
  • A strong sense of personal integrity and teamwork, including guiding junior analysts;
  • A high level of energy and a keen desire to learn new concepts;
