As a result of continuous growth of business, we are looking for an experienced Finance Director to join us and play a critical role in shaping our future success.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Financial Planning
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Provide financial insights to support long-term business planning.
Financial Management
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
  • Monitor cash flow, investments, and capital structure.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Leadership & Governance
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Present financial reports to the board and senior management.
  • Establish internal controls and risk management frameworks.
  • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders.
  • Optimize financial systems and processes for efficiency.
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA) preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in senior financial management roles
  • Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and regulatory frameworks.
