Senior Treasury Manager

We’re partnering with a top-tier, fast-growing private equity firm (>$100B AUM) on their first-ever Treasury hire. This is a highly visible role sitting within the Accounting / Finance function, with the opportunity to help build and scale treasury infrastructure from the ground up.

This role will support both the management company and select fund-level activity, working closely with senior finance leadership. While experience in financial services or asset management is welcome, it is not required — strong treasury professionals from corporate environments are

encouraged to apply.

• First dedicated treasury hire at a global PE platform
• Significant ownership and ability to shape processes and systems
• Direct exposure to senior leadership
• Broad scope across cash management, liquidity, banking, and controls
• Long-term growth runway as the firm continues to scale

• Own day-to-day treasury operations across the management company and funds
• Manage global cash positioning, liquidity, and forecasting
• Oversee banking relationships, account structures, and signatories
• Execute and monitor wires, ACH, capital movements, and large payments
• Partner with accounting on month-end, quarter-end, and audit support
• Support deal-related funding and capital activity as needed
• Help design and implement treasury policies, controls, and best practices
• Evaluate and implement treasury tools/systems over time
• Partner cross-functionally with accounting, tax, FP&A, and external providers

• 7–12+ years of progressive treasury experience
• Strong foundation in cash management, liquidity, and banking operations
• Experience supporting complex or growing organizations
• Comfortable operating in a build-and-scale environment
• Detail-oriented but able to think strategically
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
