The Opportunity
EdVoice is seeking a highly organized and curious Finance & Operations Coordinator who is eager to learn how the full backend of a mission-driven organization operates. This role offers a rare opportunity to gain hands-on experience across finance, compliance, operations, and governance within a fast-growing social enterprise working at the intersection of public policy, advocacy, and impact.
Reporting to the Director of Financial Management & Operations, the Finance & Operations Coordinator will work closely with a collaborative, high-performing team and gain exposure to how strategic decisions are supported by strong systems, disciplined execution, and thoughtful risk management. The Coordinator will play an integral role in maintaining the operational infrastructure that allows EdVoice, EdVoice Institute and EdVoice for the Kids PAC to operate effectively across multiple entities while remaining compliant with complex regulatory requirements.
This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who wants to build a deep, practical understanding of how organizations actually run: how money flows, how compliance works in practice, how decisions are documented and executed, and how strong operations enable ambitious teams to focus on mission and impact. The right candidate will be excited to learn, comfortable working behind the scenes, and motivated by the opportunity to grow alongside a talented team that values precision, rigor, and continuous improvement.
