We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Treasury Analyst to join our finance team in Des Peres, MO. The ideal candidate will support the treasury function by managing cash flow forecasting, assisting with cash operations, maintaining debt schedules, and facilitating fund transfers. This role is critical in ensuring the company’s liquidity and financial stability.
Key ResponsibilitiesCash Operations & Treasury Support Support day-to-day treasury activities, including monitoring cash activity, assisting with reconciliations, and supporting routine cash reporting.
Cash Forecasting Support Assist with maintaining a rolling 13-week cash flow forecast by gathering inputs, updating schedules, and supporting variance analysis under the direction of senior treasury staff.
Debt & Compliance Support Support the maintenance of debt schedules and assist with data collection for covenant compliance and lender reporting.
Payments & Treasury Operations Coordinate with Accounts Payable to support payment activity and assist with fund transfers in accordance with established approvals and internal controls.
Card Programs & Expense Support Assist with administration of employee credit card and merchant card programs, including expense reporting support, responding to user questions, and helping ensure compliance with company policies.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, accounting, banking, or a related area
- Strong Excel skills, including use of formulas, schedules, pivot tables, and basic financial models
- Basic understanding of cash flow mechanics and balance sheet relationships
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Exposure to cash forecasting, debt schedules, or intercompany accounting
- Experience working in a multi-entity or shared services environment
- Familiarity with ERP platforms and online banking tools
- Analytical, structured problem-solving
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, and Operations
- Sound judgment and discretion with sensitive financial information
