Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
Starting Pay: $20+/hr (based on experience)

As a Commercial Loan Processor with MRV Banks
, you’ll support local businesses, entrepreneurs, and community leaders by preparing and managing commercial loan files that help them expand, hire, invest, and grow. Your work directly fuels businesses in our communities.

• Process commercial loan applications efficiently and accurately
• Gather, review, and verify financial statements, tax returns, and business documentation
• Prepare loan files, disclosures, and documentation for new loans, renewals, and modifications
• Coordinate with lenders, credit analysts, title companies, and attorneys to move deals forward
• Track ticklers, exceptions, and collateral documentation
• Ensure files are complete, compliant, and audit-ready
• Provide timely updates and proactive follow-up on outstanding items
• Support strong, long-term relationships with our business customers through reliable service

• High school diploma required; degree or lending knowledge preferred
• Commercial or business lending/processing experience strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex files and deadlines
• Clear communicator who enjoys collaborating with teammates
• Comfort working with financial documents and numbers
• Proficiency in MS Office and learning new systems
• Reliable, consistent, solution-focused mindset
