The Role:
Asset Management Associate

As an Asset Management Associate, you will play a critical role in maximizing performance across ZMR Capital’s national portfolio. You’ll support financial reporting, asset strategy, underwriting, investor communications, and transaction execution. This is a high‑visibility, hands‑on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative, and execution‑focused environment.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze property operations and portfolio performance to identify growth opportunities
• Support budget vs. actual reviews, capital plans, and leasing performance optimization
• Conduct market research, rent studies, and competitive analysis
• Assist with dispositions, refinances, recapitalizations, and lender reporting
• Prepare quarterly reporting packages, valuations, and cash flow projections
• Maintain internal dashboards, performance metrics, and asset‑level data systems
• Collaborate with property management, acquisitions, and executive leadership to drive outcomes

What You Bring

• 3–4 years of experience in real estate asset management, acquisitions, finance, or related analytical roles
• BS/BA in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving abilities
• Understanding of budgeting, property operations, and investment principles
