Client Services Associate

Overview

Client Services Associate position in O’Fallon, MO with ECLARO for a market-leading insurance company providing property, casualty, and specialty insurance services in the United States.

• Primarily answer calls and emails daily from clients and brokers to resolve issues.
• Ongoing analysis, collection, and resolution of open premium and deductible receivable balances.
• Early stage collection activities, cancellation processes, discrepancy resolution, write-off recommendations, escheatment processes, relationship building, and adherence to local and global policies.
• Follow-up on open receivables balances, including written and verbal communications and collaboration with internal and external customers to resolve balances.
• Accurate and timely analysis of open receivables balances, oversight of discrepancy process, and discrepancy resolution when the process is complex and/or involves external customers.
• Assist with various collection activities, projects, and processes as needed.

• Customer service driven, detail oriented.
• Strong interpersonal (written/verbal) and organizational skills, persistence, and the ability to multi-task to manage assignments through significant change management.
• Technical skills including strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); strong mathematical and analytical skills;
  Guidewire Billing Center is preferred but not mandatory.
• 1-3 years of Billing and Collections, Insurance Operations or Accounts Receivables experience preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma required;
  Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance preferred.

Pay Rate: $20 - $30 per hour
