Appraiser, Certified General

West Coast (preferable California but would consider other locations)

This is an exciting professional growth opportunity with a national appraisal and assessment firm that is continuing its expansion. This position is a full-time role for a Certified General Appraiser to join our Automotive Practice Team

The Appraiser position requires a self-motivated, driven individual who can complete high-quality appraisals while meeting strict deadlines. The individual must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, outstanding analytical and research abilities, and have a strong desire to obtain and maintain professional designations. The Appraiser will be responsible for managing their own time and therefore is responsible for communicating with BBG colleagues and clients on appraisal status.

The Appraiser must be able to travel independently.

The ideal candidate will have experience appraising going-concern properties, including car washes and gas stations. However, we are also open to considering motivated individuals who are eager to learn and develop expertise in going-concern valuation methodologies.
