We’re partnering with a highly respected, boutique legal and fiduciary services organization that works closely with trust companies, financial institutions, and high-net-worth clients
.
They’re looking to add an experienced legal professional to support complex trust, estate, and fiduciary matters in a highly collaborative, detail-driven environment.

- Work on sophisticated trust and estate matters tied to real financial impact
- Partner directly with attorneys, trustees, financial advisors, CPAs, and fiduciaries
- Be treated as a true professional contributor
, not “back-office support” - Exposure to complex assets, trust structures, and financial documentation
- Stable, respected organization with a strong reputation in fiduciary services
- Support trust and estate administration matters from inception through resolution
- Draft and review estate planning and trust-related documents
- Prepare probate and trust administration filings, pleadings, and supporting materials
- Coordinate post-death administration, including asset marshaling and notifications
- Communicate with beneficiaries, trustees, financial institutions, and advisors
- Review bank statements, accountings, tax documents, and financial records
- Track deadlines, statutory requirements, and compliance obligations
- Maintain highly organized case files and prepare reports for leadership
- Assist with fiduciary accountings and distributions
- Partner cross-functionally with legal, trust, and financial services teams
- Experience in trusts & estates, probate, fiduciary administration, or financial services
- Prior exposure to trust companies, wealth management firms, or financial institutions is a major plus
- Strong understanding of estate administration processes and compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional communication style with confidence working with HNW clients
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines independently
- Experience with fiduciary accountings or estate/gift tax filings
- Familiarity with complex assets (real estate, business interests, investment accounts)
- Background supporting attorneys in trust or probate matters
