We’re looking for a hands-on, analytical professional to join our small but high-performing team.

You’ll take ownership of complex data workflows that drive our investment analytics, portfolio reporting, and client transparency — helping free up senior team members to focus on strategy and client relationships.

This is an opportunity to build a unique blend of skills across data operations, investment analysis, and client communication — while working directly with the senior members of our team.

• Data Management & Quality: Oversee the integrity and accuracy of client investment data from multiple custodians and systems (Addepar, Arch, SQL Server, etc.). Develop a deep understanding of how portfolios, transactions, and performance metrics flow through our systems.
• Reporting & Analysis: Produce client reports, quarterly investment reviews, and ad-hoc analyses — ensuring consistency, clarity, and insight.
• Automation & Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance data accuracy through smarter use of software tools and scripting.

• Professional Growth: Learn how to interpret data in a wealth management context — from asset allocation and performance attribution to estate planning and tax optimization.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with obsessive attention to detail.
• Comfort working with data — including Excel, Python, SQL, or similar tools (experience in any is a plus, but not required).
• Excellent organization and follow-through — you take ownership and finish what you start.
• Ability to learn new software systems quickly.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; you can explain complex ideas simply.
• A growth mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.

Backgrounds that fit well: math, economics, business, finance, computer science, engineering, or the physical/social sciences.
