A leading investment bank is seeking an experienced Senior Vice President to join its expanding Corporate Finance team
, with a focus on client coverage across the West Coast
. This is a relationship-driven role centered on managing and deepening strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 corporations across a generalist industry coverage. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in investment banking relationship management, with exposure to capital markets, asset management, commercial banking, and liability management.
- Serve as a generalist relationship manager for a defined portfolio of corporate clients headquartered or operating in the Pacific Time Zone.
- Lead corporate calling efforts to engage new and existing clients across Treasury Services, Capital Markets, and Credit.
- Maintain and grow relationships with Fortune 500 companies across the U.S., with additional exposure to APAC-based corporations, particularly in China.
- Partner with internal teams to support credit requests, capital raising, and strategic financial initiatives.
- Collaborate across product groups to deliver a seamless "One Bank" experience to clients.
- Licensing: Active Series 63, SIE, and Series 53 required.
- Experience:
- Minimum 7 years in corporate finance, investment banking, or related fields.
- Proven success as a generalist relationship manager within an investment banking or broker‑dealer environment.
- Industry Coverage: Generalist across multiple sectors, with a focus on large corporate clients.
- Broker-Dealer
Experience:
Must have worked within or closely with a broker‑dealer platform.
