Finance Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Manager to join our esteemed team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in automotive finance and demonstrate a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities:

• Present financing options and car buying opportunities to customers, providing comprehensive support to the sales team.
• Assist customers in arranging the financing of their purchases and present them with additional products and protections to enhance their vehicle ownership experience.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop financing plans and payment options tailored to customers' needs.
• Provide financial analysis and support to senior management to drive business growth and profitability.
• Coordinate and follow up with lending institutions regarding customer loans, payments, and related matters.
• Prepare loan documentation and finalize financial transactions.
• Obtain approval from finance sources on all finance and lease deals.
• Ensure adherence to all state and federal laws and regulations pertaining to finance and insurance.
• Take a leadership role in addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
• Structure deals to maximize profitability and collectability.
• Audit post-sale deals for accuracy in the Business Office.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience with Infiniti or Nissan is a requirement.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive dealership finance.
• Full proficiency with CA DMV rules and requirements.
• Experience with CDK DMS is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of the responsibilities of a Finance Manager with a proven track record.
• Strong self‑motivation and the ability to assist in various capacities as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
