• Processing of all CBNA 2nd Mortgage, Retail Combo and Banking Private Bank disbursements across multiple business platforms (ACAPs, Custom Closer, Citi Smart, Citi Find and the Secured Funding Application).
• Candidate must be able to review documentation from the closing documents to determine how the loan should be disbursed.
• Must be able to identify and validate issues and take the necessary steps to resolve in a timely manner. This will require interaction with internal and external resources to include Title Companies, MLC's and CBAN management. Candidate must have strong communication skills.
• Must be able to independently deliver accurate funding disbursements.
• Must be organized and have the ability to prioritize to handle the incoming volume and rush requests. Must treat all disbursements with a sense of urgency and process quickly and correctly.

• Mortgage origination experience (i.e. processing/closing) preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills with peers and internal/external sources.
• Must meet or exceed established productivity, development and quality measures with minimal supervision while identifying procedural or training deficiencies and recommend appropriate solutions to department management.
