We are seeking a strategic and experienced Vice President of Finance to lead our financial planning, management, and reporting functions. This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to influence the financial health and growth trajectory of our organization. • Develop and oversee financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support organizational goals
• Lead financial analysis, reporting, and compliance activities to ensure accuracy and regulatory adherence
• Manage relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies
• Provide strategic financial guidance to executive leadership and support decision-making processes
• Oversee cash flow management, investment activities, and risk management initiatives
• Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
• Monitor industry trends and implement best practices to optimize financial performance

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• Proven experience in senior financial leadership roles, ideally as a CFO or VP of Finance
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting standards, and corporate finance principles
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, with experience managing diverse teams
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

• Minimum of 10 years of Finance or Accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
