An East LA manufacturer is looking for a Finance Manager to join their team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for reporting, financial modeling, KPIs, and heavy data analysis. You must thrive in a fast‑paced environment and possess strong executive presentation skills.

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance
• 8+ years of FP&A experience
• Must currently have Finance Manager experience
• Advanced Excel
• Manufacturing experience ideal

• Develop and maintain detailed financial models and forecasts.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and long‑term strategic projections.
• Perform variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast) and present findings to leadership.
• Partner with department heads to align with strategic initiatives.
• Track and communicate key business KPIs and operational metrics.
• Support the launch of new products through financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Prepare management and board‑level presentations.
• Create dashboards and performance tracking reports.
• Translate complex data into clear insights for non‑financial audiences.
• Drive process improvements and automation within FP&A systems and tools.
• Act as a finance business partner to operational leaders.
• Ensure alignment across Finance and the rest of the organization.
