• Analyze company reporting documents to develop pitchbooks, company profiles, information memorandums, sector reports, newsletters, competitive financial benchmarking, target/buyer screening, and trading and transaction comparables.
• Build robust financial models, including detailed three‑statement forecasting and multi‑scenario analysis.
• Understanding of valuation methodologies such as discounted cash flow (DCF), trading comparables, and precedent transactions.
• Proficient in reviewing and interpreting financial reports, IPO prospectuses, 10‑Qs, 10‑Ks, and other regulatory filings.
• Familiarity with financial databases such as Capital
  
  IQ, Pitch Book, and Fact Set.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• 2‑4/3‑6 years of experience working with Investment Banks (IB) or Advisory firms.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and transaction support capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Advanced degree or professional qualification such as MBA, Chartered Accountant (CA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or an equivalent credential.
