Corporate Controller

Overview

Our client is seeking a senior accounting leader with prior experience guiding a startup or early-stage business through a period of rapid growth. This role will lead scalable financial operations, own revenue recognition and financial reporting, and partner cross-functionally with commercial, operational, and product teams. The ideal candidate is hands-on, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a proven track record of building processes, systems, and teams that can support a company transitioning into its next phase of growth.

• Lead end-to-end accounting operations, including QTC and PTP.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close with GAAP-compliant reporting.
• Design and maintain effective internal controls and audit readiness.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, AR/AP, and tax compliance.
• Build and lead a high-performing, technology-enabled accounting team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with active CPA.
• 8–10+ years progressive accounting experience in complex environments.
• Deep expertise in GAAP and revenue recognition (ASC 606).
• Proven audit leadership with consistent unqualified outcomes.
• Strong systems, automation, and people leadership experience.
