Role Overview :
As an Associate (Equity & Financial Analysis) at our company located in Gurugram, your primary responsibility will be to conduct comprehensive financial analysis, assess creditworthiness, prepare detailed reports, support due diligence process, monitor portfolio companies, collaborate with the investment team, ensure compliance, and maintain exposure in the VC/PE investor ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including financial statement analysis, cash flow projections, and profitability assessments.
- Assess the creditworthiness of potential investment opportunities by analyzing financial data, industry trends, and business models.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, summarizing financial performance, investment opportunities, and risk factors.
- Support the due diligence process for new investments, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, and market research.
- Monitor the financial health of portfolio companies, providing insights and recommendations for improvement and growth.
- Work closely with the investment team and other departments to ensure alignment on financial strategies and objectives.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies related to financial analysis and credit evaluation.
- Maintain active exposure in the VC/PE investor ecosystem with an understanding of equity deal processes and a network of key investors.
Qualifications
Required:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial & equity analysis.
