This role is focusing on supporting strategic growth through operational framework refinement and data-driven insights. The successful candidate will be integral in enhancing the financial strategies by assessing and updating the Strategic Pursuits Playbook, streamlining reporting, and aiding in informed executive decision-making. It's a pivotal position for a self-driven individual adept at complex financial analysis and strategy documentation.

• Conduct comprehensive updates and optimization of the Strategic Pursuits Finance Playbook, including SOP documentation for deal modeling and risk assessment.
• Develop advanced financial dashboards and reports, and conduct KPI analysis for identifying trends and opportunities.
• Serve as a principal liaison between Finance and cross-functional teams, communicating financial insights effectively to leadership.
• Build "what-if" financial models for assessing new deals and strategic investments.
• Support the finance team in analyzing market trends, competitive positioning, and resource allocation during critical planning phases.

• 3-5 years in Strategic Finance, FP&A, or Management Consulting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including Big Query, SQL, and complex financial modeling.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize detailed datasets into concise summaries.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting financial data and strategies to non-finance stakeholders.
• Previous contract roles focused on process documentation or playbook creation are a plus.
