** What You’ll Do
*** Lead profitability analysis, Relationship Manager budgeting and financial reporting for P&C Business
* Lead ad-hoc projects, analytics and reporting to support strategic decision making
* Lead calculation and reporting for System and Non-system Reserves
* Internal consultant for business initiatives including report automation, technology improvements, process redesign, and platform, product, & channel analysis

* Qualifications:

*** 5–7 years of relevant financial experience
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide actionable insights.
* Proven ability to collaborate effectively with business leaders and cross-functional partners.
* Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills.
* Excellent judgment and professionalism with internal and external stakeholders.
* High attention to detail with consistent, high-quality deliverables.
* Microsoft Office suite experience;
Advanced Excel skills ; experience with SQL, Power BI a plus.
