Reporting to the Retail Branch Manager, the Assistant Branch Manager will consult with members and work with staff to identify needs, offer solutions with credit union products and services to enhance the members' financial well‑being. The Assistant Branch Manager ensures accuracy in all transactions must maintain confidentiality with member information, pay attention to detail, and adhere to credit union policies and procedures.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Actively identify, coach, develop, motivate, and support employees so that they can provide superior service to every member.
- Demonstrates and delivers quality service to members by actively listening and making recommendations to enhance the members’ financial well‑being.
- Lead by example in creating an inclusive and professional environment where all team members are respected, and diversity is valued.
- Oversees and audits all areas of branch operations to ensure compliance with regulations, credit union policies and procedures.
- Assist and provide recommendations to create and implement branch‑specific strategies to grow the business to acquire and deepen member relationships across all business channels and referrals.
- Resolves member concerns independently and escalates more complex concerns.
- Complete required trainings to be receive NMLS and Notary license.
- Three years to five years of similar or related experience.
- A two‑year college degree, or completion of a specialized certification or licensing.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong mathematical skills including rate, ratio and percentage calculations.
- Ability to work on Saturdays.
Hourly Wage will range from $33.00/hour to $38.00/hour. This salary range represents the base pay for grade 10 and does not include additional perks. Final compensation will be determined based on qualification, experience, and location.
