The Head of Finance is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing all financial aspects supera the company to drive growth and long‑term sustainability. This role partners closely with the CEO and executive team to shape business strategy, implement scalable financial operations, and ensure sound financial management in alignment with SaaS business models.

You will play a pivotal role in managing revenue recognition, SaaS metrics (like MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, retention cohorts), investor relations, compliance, and cost optimization, all while enabling the company to scale effectively in a competitive environment.

As a Head of the finance team, you’ll play a pivotal role in building Reelo’s financial backbone
. You will own the end‑to‑end finance function and partner with leadership to ensure financial health, investor confidence, and operational efficiency

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
• Build and maintain budgets
  , forecasts
  , and long‑term financial plans
• Monitor financial performance vs. plan and provide actionable insights to leadership
• Cash Flow & Working Capital Management:
• Ensure optimal cash flow planning
  , burn rate tracking
  , and fund utilization
• Implement systems to improve liquidity and cost control
• Accounting, Compliance ेड Controls:
• Oversee bookkeeping
  , statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Companies Act), and audit processes
• Review internal controls and build/update relevant controls to ensure adherence to financial governance
• Process  Automation:
• Set up finance processes, policies, and systems to scale business growth
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvement
• Evaluate financial risks, optimize cost structures, and enhance overall financial health
