With over $2B in AUM, the firm operates with a differentiated strategy and is actively deploying capital through flexible equity investments. • Support the evaluation of new investment opportunities across a variety of sectors and deal types
• Conduct financial modeling, market research, and competitive analysis
• Assist in due diligence, deal execution, and preparation of investment materials
• Participate in portfolio monitoring and value creation initiatives
• Collaborate closely with senior investment professionals and external partners

• 6-18 months of post-undergraduate experience, ideally in investment banking, private equity, or a similarly rigorous analytical environment
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Intellectual curiosity and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Interest in working across industries and transaction types in a dynamic, small-team setting
