• Uncover members’ financial needs and offer appropriate recommendations.
• Perform proactive activities to provide excellent service and achieve member growth.
• Provide member support and problem resolution for complex issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Supervise and educate members on using all electronic service delivery channels offered in the branch and through personal devices.
• Handle all electronic messaging, inbound phone, and video calls related to members’ accounts or general questions about NCU services.
• Ensure compliance with all related federal and state regulations; stay current on fraud training and trends.
• Manage and maintain member records following guidelines to ensure proper system management.
• Work with team members to resolve complaints and provide support as needed.
• Process financial transactions, including cash handling.
• Perform operational responsibilities such as auditing, ATMS/ITM maintenance, cash management, and vault maintenance.
• Oversee team members across various markets/branches; provide peer training as needed.
• Maintain authority to discipline subordinates when required.

Minimum of two years’ experience in service delivery, with preferred cash handling experience.

Proven experience in technology usage; avid user of financial institution’s online tools for personal banking.

Preferred:
College Degree. Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour. Full‑time position eligible for benefits, annual incentive plan, career advancement, and professional development.

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, with rotating half-day Saturdays.
