Responsibilities and DailyJob Duties
- Uncover members’ financial needs and offer appropriate recommendations.
- Perform proactive activities to provide excellent service and achieve member growth.
- Provide member support and problem resolution for complex issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Supervise and educate members on using all electronic service delivery channels offered in the branch and through personal devices.
- Handle all electronic messaging, inbound phone, and video calls related to members’ accounts or general questions about NCU services.
- Ensure compliance with all related federal and state regulations; stay current on fraud training and trends.
- Manage and maintain member records following guidelines to ensure proper system management.
- Work with team members to resolve complaints and provide support as needed.
- Process financial transactions, including cash handling.
- Perform operational responsibilities such as auditing, ATMS/ITM maintenance, cash management, and vault maintenance.
- Oversee team members across various markets/branches; provide peer training as needed.
- Maintain authority to discipline subordinates when required.
Minimum of two years’ experience in service delivery, with preferred cash handling experience.
Proven experience in technology usage; avid user of financial institution’s online tools for personal banking.
EducationPreferred:
College Degree. Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
Salary Range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour. Full‑time position eligible for benefits, annual incentive plan, career advancement, and professional development.
Schedule- Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, with rotating half-day Saturdays.
