Position: Tax Partner

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Compensation: $250,000-$325,000 base salary

Founded by professionals from leading public accounting firms, the firm operates with a family‑office style approach, delivering tailored solutions to middle‑market and high‑growth clients.

The Tax Partner will lead the tax practice and play a key role in driving business development and firm expansion. This position is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in client acquisition, relationship management, and building a high‑performing team.

• Lead and grow the tax advisory practice, focusing on middle‑market and high‑growth clients.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand service offerings.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Mentor and develop junior professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Stay current on tax regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and thought leadership.

• Active CPA license.
• A transferable book of business of $500K+.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in public accounting with a focus on tax.
• Proven track record in business development and client acquisition.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
