• 1–5 years of recent loan origination or mortgage sales experience
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Active NMLS license (company-paid licensing for additional states available)
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding production goals
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Self-motivated, driven, and passionate about success
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Encompass LOS
