Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused loan officer to join our team. In this role, you’ll guide borrowers through the loan process, assess financial needs, and recommend tailored solutions to meet their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Originate, evaluate, authorize, and recommend loan applications
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Explain loan options, rates, and terms to potential borrowers
  • Collect and review financial documents for loan processing
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain knowledge of current lending regulations and products
    • Qualifications
  • Previous experience in lending, finance, or banking preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
