Chief Financial Officer

Overview

Skilled Wound Care is looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with expertise to provide strategic financial leadership. This role is crucial for building robust financial infrastructure and optimizing capital.

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and rigorously implement comprehensive financial strategies that are aligned with the company's scientific milestones and long-term business objectives. Advise the CEO and executive team on critical financial matters, including strategic licensing agreements and key industry partnerships. Lead all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial modeling.

  Oversee core financial operations, including accounting, treasury management, payroll processing, and tax compliance. Establish and maintain robust internal controls, financial policies, and streamlined procedures, ensuring compliance with accepted accounting standards. Prepare accurate, timely financial statements and insightful management reports. Proactively manage cash flow, optimize working capital efficiency, and identify opportunities.

• Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting (MBA/CPA preferred).
• CPA License Required
• 10+ years progressive financial leadership, with 3-5+ years as a CFO/VP Finance

Strong accounting knowledge, analytical, and communication skills.
