Financial Systems Sr. Manager

Financial Systems Sr. Manager will lead the strategy, delivery, and ongoing evolution of a modern Finance technology ecosystem. This role is responsible for designing scalable, intelligent systems that improve automation, accuracy, and insight across the Finance organization. The ideal candidate blends deep Finance process expertise with strong knowledge of cloud-based enterprise systems, data integration, and emerging AI-driven capabilities. This role reports to a senior Business Technology leader.

• Define and execute a long-term Finance Systems roadmap, aligning technology investments with Finance strategy and broader business objectives.
• Own the architecture, implementation, and optimization of core Finance applications, including ERP, billing, procurement, financial planning, and reporting platforms.
• Lead system integrations and data flow optimization across the Finance technology stack to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial data.
• Oversee the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and support of the primary financial ERP and related Finance applications, including integrations.
• Drive continuous improvement and modernization by evaluating and deploying new platform capabilities to unlock efficiencies and advanced functionality.
• Lead automation and process improvement initiatives using AI, workflow automation, and intelligent tooling to reduce manual effort and strengthen controls.
• Partner closely with Finance leaders across Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, Tax, Revenue Operations, and Finance Operations to identify gaps and enable operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal governance standards, coordinating with Legal and other stakeholders on regional and global requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships with key Finance technology providers and assess new solutions aligned to strategic goals.
• Build, mentor, and lead a small, high-impact Finance Systems team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance Systems, Business Systems, or ERP implementation and management, ideally in high-growth or technology-driven environments.
• Hands‑on expertise with cloud-based financial ERPs, including configuration, optimization, and support of modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Billing, and Reporting.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end financial processes, including Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, FP&A, and Record-to-Report.
• Strong familiarity with advanced ERP platform capabilities, analytics tools, extensibility frameworks, and planning solutions, and how they can transform Finance operations.
• Experience working with a broad ecosystem of SaaS tools across payments, CRM, close management, tax, revenue automation, and incentive compensation.
• Proven success leading cross‑functional system transformations and complex integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to apply AI‑driven automation, data models, and analytics to optimize Finance systems and processes.
• Strong knowledge of SOX compliance, internal controls, and data governance.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across Finance, Legal, Data, and Technology teams.
• Experience hiring, managing, and developing high‑performing teams.

• Familiarity with iPaaS tools used to connect Finance systems with CRM and HR platforms.
• Experience with RPA technologies to streamline and automate financial workflows.
