A financial services company is seeking an Underwriter to join their team in California. This role requires proven success in both Construction Project and Sponsor underwriting. Key responsibilities include underwriting loans, producing Credit Approval Documents, and collaborating with the Sales team. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in regulated financial institutions, exceptional communication skills, and knowledge of financial analysis.
The compensation ranges from $90k to $130k annually, with a discretionary bonus of up to 20%.
