Cohn Reznick is a hybrid firm with a mix of remote and office work. We seek an Assurance Manager to join our San Francisco team. We value innovation, collaboration, and the ability to deliver high-quality client service.

As part of the Financial Services Industry team, you’ll work with private equity, hedge funds, and other alternative investment funds. You’ll gain knowledge of the capital markets ecosystem and provide audit, tax, and value creation services. You’ll collaborate with other industry and service line teams to deliver technical excellence and client service.

• Drive client engagements
• Review and prepare financial statements, footnotes, work papers, management letters, agreed-upon procedures, and other attestation engagements
• Demonstrate professional creativity in client matters and suggest improvements to client operations
• Analyze client transactions, identify problems, and conduct appropriate research
• Accept responsibility and utilize firm resources to complete assignments
• Oversee, mentor, and develop staff

• 5+ years of experience in public accounting
• Financial Services experience required
• Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills with knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• CPA licensure required
• Exceptional client service and communication skills
• Leadership and mentoring abilities, with strong written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with audit software (e.g., Case Ware or Pro System fx)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
