Role
Summary:
As an Analyst, Reports Specialist, you'll work with the Credit team to manage report orders for various inspection types, including appraisals, BPOs, and environmental reports. You'll have close contact with AMC's (Appraisal Management Companies), who you'll check in with on a regular basis to check the status of reports and their progress. Organization and attention to detail are key attributes for success in this position.
This is a fast-paced role in an ambiguous and ever-changing environment so the ability to be flexible is key to success. If you thrive on ownership and working creatively and collaboratively with teammates, then this is the role for you!
- Assisting senior valuation professionals in managing the report ordering process.
- Ordering and reviewing appraisals, broker price opinions (BPO), environmental and property inspection reports, ALTA surveys, amongst others.
- Tracking and providing updates to key stakeholders in the company and clients.
- Coordinating logistical and operational complexities surrounding dates and times of inspections.
- Managing and ensuring payment of invoices.
- Coordinate data retrieval and input with 3rd party servicing firms.
- Liaise in time‑sensitive manner with external 3rd party servicing firms.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, or other related fields.
- Strong follow‑up and follow‑through ability.
- Excellent customer service skills, attentiveness, and information retention.
- Proficient detail-oriented and organized communicator and listener.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
