About the Role
As a Financial Advisor at LA Pension Planners, you will provide comprehensive financial advice and tailor investment strategies to help clients achieve their retirement and wealth management goals. This role is well-suited for financial professionals seeking the independence of running their own practice with the support of a firm that provides guidance, back-office operations, and a steady pipeline of leads.
Key Responsibilities

- Assess clients’ financial goals and risk tolerance to develop customized plans utilizing stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and other financial solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, financial markets, and investment strategies.
- Leverage firm-provided leads to help grow your book of business while also utilizing referrals and professional networks.
- Develop and execute marketing and networking strategies to expand your client base and strengthen relationships within your community.
Why LA Pension Planners?

- Lead Generation & Growth – We provide a pipeline of high-quality leads, so you can focus on advising clients rather than prospecting from scratch.
- Competitive Compensation – Attractive earnings potential with performance-based incentives.
- Collaboration & Mentorship – Work alongside experienced professionals who are invested in your success.
- Client-Centered Approach – A firm that prioritizes ethical financial planning and long-term client success over short-term sales.
