Description
Job PurposeTo provide customers of Lucas Oil Speedway Go-Cart Track with excellent customer service while maintaining order and flow of traffic.
Duties- To set good example for peers and public with regard to punctuality, attendance, attitude and hygiene.
- Assists customers entering and exiting carts; ensures seatbelts are secured properly; and provides verbal instruction on cart operation.
- Assists customers with carts involved in stalls, spins and collisions.
- Displays Caution, Green, Finish and Stop flags.
- Observes and immediately reports any issues with go-carts to Go Cart Manager and mechanic.
- Maintains safe and secure work environment by following all OSHA and Speedway safety guidelines.
- Manage fuel levels in go-carts and refuel when needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Go Cart Manager.
